Vintage Wedding Fayre
Looking back on our last Vintage Wedding Fayre that we held in June at Worsall Village Hall…what fun we had! With straw bales covered in stripey linen, acres of bunting and lots of cute and inspiring ideas everywhere, the hall looked amazing!
We must must mention the pop up kitchen hosted by Wendy from Alice’s Vintage Kitchen ran so smoothly, keeping everyone refreshed with pink lemonade in jam jars (what else!) and slabs of home made cake dripping with frosted blueberries and raspberries. We just love working with Wendy, who is very calm and collected and produces the most amazing food!
I have to say, I am so delighted with the images. The very lovely Nikki, from Nikki R Photo was our event photographer. She managed to capture so many lovely details, which is no mean feat when you have 30 exhibitor tables and the general public to negotiate!
See for yourself…
There is a theme developing here…now all of our Vintage Wedding Fayres are being hosted in village halls around the region as we absolutely love them! Village Halls are the perfect blank canvas for an event, and of course for couples looking to make their wedding day truly bespoke, they are a really great option. There are a number of halls which specialize in weddings and Worsall near Yarm is a fine example of a great facility.
We know that you achieve a completely different atmosphere at the Village Hall Wedding Fayres, it’s bustling and vibrant and as a result appointments are booked, details exchanged and everyone is happy.
Here is what you said…
“I tasted your lemon cake at Worsall Village Hall, it was fantastic! Really moist and full of lemony flavour fabulous!!” The Sugar Rose
“Nicky and I had a fabulous day. We planned to use the event as a marketing tool for our new boutique, so our unexpected sales on the day were definitely an added bonus! We met some lovely customers and booked quite a few appointments too! Thanks girls at KTB xx” Euphoria Boutique
“I would like to say that I attended Worsall Village Hall and it was fabulous, lots of lovely brides to be and the other exhibitors were very friendly and helpful. A great day out and very well organised and publicised.” Di Fox Art and Design
I have really enjoyed exhibiting at a number of Kiss the Brides Wedding Fayres. I particularly like the more intimate fayres where you get more time to chat to couples and find out about them and their plans for their big day and I love the vintage themed fayres that fit perfectly with what I offer. Each one I have attended has created new customers and also good contacts with other businesses who exhibit with KTB. Ruby Shoes Wedding Stationery
A huge thanks to the KTB team and to Kim’s mum Jill for pulling out all the stops on the day and behind the scenes setting up. A rather special thanks to Karen at Sweet Pea Events for providing the acres of bunting, fabulous ideas and inspiration for the event and holding the ladder while I was hanging bunting and lanterns! Our rather ambitious idea to decorate the gazebo outside was somewhat thwarted by the devilish wind, hopefully next time!
Look out for our fabulous Autumn Vintage Wedding Fayres : Stokesley Town Hall September 8th, 11-3pm. And we are very excited to introduce a new date at Sadberge Village Hall on September 15th, 11-3pm.
We look forward to seeing you at the next one. For exhibitor enquiries email firstname.lastname@example.org and brides can pre-register for a fabulous goodie bag here.
