We adore this fab vintage shoot by Yorkshire photographer and wedding enthusiast, Lissa Alexandra. The idea started with Kirsty from The Yorkshire Heritage Bus Company coming up with the theme of a quirky, 1950s bus shoot!

The main colours we decided on were red, ivory and black, with just a splash of metallics. These co-ordinated perfectly with the buses and they’re bang on trend with this year’s heavy monochrome fashion.

Taking inspiration from classic film stars like Bridget Bardot, Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Taylor, the shoot fit the Vogue theme perfectly.
