With 2017 just around the corner, we have been looking out for the hottest trends for the new year. Let us tell you about some noticeably fabulous styles in fashion and decor.
Lace Overlays
Lace has always been the top design for wedding gowns, and the new year will see a rise in overlays, capes and trains. Many designer collections are featuring chiffon jackets and capes with intricate lace detailing and embroidery that can be layered to create stunning and unique gowns.

Pastels and Floral
Pops of subtle colour in calming tones of pink and blue are perfect for those brides who don’t feel comfortable in white or ivory. The catwalks saw a range of colourful gowns to make brides stand out, including floral designs hidden under a layer of chiffon for daring brides.

Classic Glamour
Necklines have risen from last years plunge and have taken inspiration from classic Hollywood icons. High lace necklines and collars are 2017’s take on vintage style, along with long chiffon sleeves and full satin skirts.

Food Stations
The new year will see a rise in food stations. This twist on the buffet table allows guests to help themselves to delicious treats without the queue forming on one side of the room. You could bring in catering vans and sweet trucks so all the yummy treats are taken care of.

Ethereal Beauty
2017 sees a lot of colour and vintage quirks, but we will also be seeing a trend in subtle and soft styling. Delicate greys and ivory with plenty of green foliage create a cool and modern style that can be finished off perfectly with sheer fabrics.
